We are bursting with pride as our talented pupils came on top as CHAMPIONS, yet again!
The Uganda Mathematics Society organises a number of activities to promote and popularize Mathematics as a subject. A two round National Mathematics Contest for all students from Primary to University is always organised and concluded with a colourful prize giving ceremony. Winners are awarded several prizes ranging from various scholastic materials to scholarships and finally a National Mathematics Quiz to crown the prize giving ceremony.
This is how we performed
Primary Section
- Greenhill Academy Primary, Kibuli Campus emerged as the overall best school among primary schools in the entire country.
- A pupil from Greenhill Academy Kibuli emerged the best in the country.
- Two of our pupils tied in the 4th position. One from Greenhill Primary School Buwaate and the other from Greenhill Academy Kibuli
- We had 3 pupils among the top 10 is the country. They emerged 1st, 4th and 4th respectively.
Secondary School
- Our student emerged the 2nd in the entire country in the A'level category.
We congratulate the students for this wonderful achievement, the teachers for the excellent guidance, the parents for support the children and Uganda Mathematics Society for organising such an event.
